We are seeking a candidate with excellent English spoken and written skills, as well as familiarity with MS-Office. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training and development. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Supporting employee relations activities, such as conducting exit interviews and resolving employee conflicts.
3. Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for staff members.
4. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
5. Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
6. Collaborating with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.
7. Providing administrative support to the HR department as needed.
