Key responsibilities:

3. Support the HR team in conducting orientation and training sessions for new hires.
4. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback.
5. Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
6. Assist with data entry and analysis using MS Excel to track HR metrics and trends.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to support employee development and retention.
