1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, workshops, and training programs.
5. Generate reports and analyze HR data using MS-Excel to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting emails, creating presentations, and managing calendars.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of the HR department.
