About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate meetings and communications between different teams and projects of multiple countries.
2. Support the team members/international volunteers to complete their tasks and meet goals.
3. Monitor and organize the growth of teams and activities of international volunteers.
4. Manage various stakeholders and user groups. Onboard centers and speakers, along with interns.
5. Handle any other responsibilities for the growth of human resources as per the organization's objectives
6. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
7. Participate in the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
8. Support member engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
9. Help maintain accurate HR records and assist in various administrative tasks.
10. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support organizational goals and employee development.
11. Coordinate virtual meetings and assist in organizing online training sessions for team members.
