1. Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork
3. Support HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
4. Assist in employee relations activities, including employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution
5. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and policies
Required qualifications:
1. Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Strong organizational and time management skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
