About the work from home job/internship

The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source the candidates for a given position
2. Call around 100 candidates in a day to offer the job
3. Prepare tracker in Excel sheet
4. Schedule interviews and follow-ups
5. Assist in the daily activity of the recruitment/hiring process
6. Report to the team lead
