Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee relations initiatives by conducting surveys, organizing team-building activities, and assisting with performance evaluations.
3. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and organizing employee files.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Assist with training and development programs for employees by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress.
6. Support the HR team in conducting research and analysis on HR trends and best practices.
