As a Human Resources (HR) intern at BrainFlyers, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and more. With your English proficiency in both spoken and written communication, as well as your skills in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Office, you will be a valuable asset to our team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork.
3. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities.
4. Help maintain employee records and update databases with HR information.
5. Assist with training and development initiatives for employees.
6. Support HR team with administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing documents.
7. Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed to support the HR department.
