Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, and maintaining candidate records
2. Help with the preparation of orientation materials, new hire documentation, and employee setup
3. Organize and maintain employee files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
4. Manage office supplies, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence
5. Draft and file HR documents such as contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary notices
6. Assist with company events, wellness programs, or team-building activities
7. Input HR data into systems and generate reports for senior HR staff
