Confederation Of Global Innovators is seeking an enthusiastic HR intern to join our team! As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while working in a dynamic and international environment. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with candidates from around the world. Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Office will also be crucial in assisting with data management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms.
3. Conduct initial candidate assessments and communicate feedback to hiring managers.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our HR database.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus visits.
6. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing offer letters and contracts.
7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
