About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and direct applications.
2. Screening resumes to shortlist suitable candidates for various roles.
3. Conducting telephonic and in-person interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
4. Coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
5. Managing walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and job fairs to fulfill hiring needs.
