This role involves interacting with over 500 job applicants, 100 business owners, and 50 employees to cultivate a growth-oriented ecosystem. Whether it's inspiring job applicants to adopt a problem-solving mindset, engaging employees to thrive in learning drills, or helping business owners identify growth bottlenecks, you'll play a central role in driving transformation.
This isn't a traditional HR role, it blends HR and Organizational Development it's a dynamic opportunity to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact on individuals and organizations.
