Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
2. Supporting in onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and assisting with training programs
3. Handling employee records and maintaining HR databases and files accurately
4. Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and events to boost morale and teamwork
5. Supporting the HR team in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
6. Assisting in drafting HR policies, procedures, and guidelines while ensuring compliance with labor laws
7. Collaborating with various departments to support HR initiatives and projects
