About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Address candidate inquiries and provide HR-related support.
2. Maintain accurate records of candidates and manage data efficiently.
3. Recruit candidates for virtual internships across multiple domains using a referral code.
4. Manage hired candidates as directed by the HR manager.
5. Make daily calls to candidates based on details provided by the HR manager.
6. Highlight the advantages of working with our registered private limited company over unregistered firms or fake MSME entities.
7. Enhance our social media presence by promoting company pages on LinkedIn and Instagram, encouraging candidates and their networks to follow these pages.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per 25 certified student ).

1. Earn ₹500 for every 20 certified candidates.
2. Reach 25 certified candidates to receive ₹500 and a company T-shirt.
3. For every certified candidate beyond 25, earn an additional ₹30 per candidate.
