Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in candidate screening and interviews.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth process.
2. Onboarding Assistance:
- Help new employees during onboarding.
- Facilitate orientation and initial training sessions.
3. Campus Engagement:
- Recruit campus ambassadors and educators.
- Organize events to attract top talent from educational institutions.
4. Employee Relations and Administration:
- Act as a bridge between employees and management, addressing concerns.
- Manage HR records, contracts, attendance, and databases.
5. Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and support workshop organization.
- Assist in implementing employee development programs.
