As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and more. 1. Assist with recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departures.
3. Assist with employee relations activities, including handling inquiries and providing support on HR policies and procedures.
4. Contribute to training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress.
5. Maintain accurate HR records and files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
6. Assist with HR projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy and objectives of the company.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings, preparing documents, and handling general inquiries.
