Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Recruitment & hiring:
1. Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs.
2. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical and soft skills.
3. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
B. Candidate Management:
1. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
2. Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
3. Make sure hired candidates get the work done and on time.
C. Schedule Management:
1. Organize and manage the manager's schedule, including appointments and deadlines.
2. Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient time management.
D. Software testing:
1. Test the software made by developers, and make sure all functionalities are covered and everything works well, before forwarding it to me.
E. Meeting Coordination:
1. Arrange and schedule meetings, both internally and with external stakeholders.
2. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
F. Developer Relations:
1. Maintain and expand a network of top developers and technical talent.
2. Engage with the developer community to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
G. Technical Knowledge:
1. Possess a solid understanding of software development technologies to effectively evaluate candidates.
2. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
F. Handle various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
G. Support other departments with HR-related activities and projects.
