About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing and managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
2. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
3. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
4. Ensuring legal compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
5. Advising and supporting management and employees on HR-related matters.
6. Conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback for professional development.
7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
8. Organizing and conducting training programs and workshops for employee development.
9. Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
10. Collaborating with senior leadership to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
