About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment and talent acquisition:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop job descriptions tailored to each role.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking.

2. Onboarding and integration:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and role-specific teaching.
- Act as a point of contact for new employees, ensuring they have the resources and support needed for a seamless integration into the team.
