About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with day-to-day recruitment operations by sourcing candidates for various job roles.
2. Post job openings on multiple job portals and ensure they are updated regularly.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients to streamline the recruitment process.
4. Handle client interactions and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
5. Support the HR team in managing the candidate pipeline and providing feedback to clients.
6. Participate in the development of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
7. Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment records and reports.
