As a Human Resources intern at Jarurat Care, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment efforts, conducting new employee orientations, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR projects and initiatives. Additionally, you will have the chance to improve your communication skills through interacting with employees and providing support for HR-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding processes
3. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations
4. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
5. Provide support for employee relations issues and help resolve conflicts as needed
6. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management reviews and employee engagement surveys
7. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters
