Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Posting job openings on platforms like Unstop, Internshala, etc.
2. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
3. Conducting initial interviews or scheduling them with senior HR
4. Assisting in the onboarding process (document collection, induction, etc.)
5. Managing WhatsApp/Slack/Email communication for HR updates
6. Addressing employee queries related to policies, leaves, and other concerns
7. Organizing virtual team-building activities
8. Maintaining intern/employee records in Google Sheets or HR software
9. Preparing offer letters, experience letters, and other HR documents
10. Tracking employee attendance and leaves as per policy
11. Ensuring timely updates in attendance records
12. Ensuring employees follow HR policies (work hours, leaves, etc.)
13. Assisting in updating HR policies if needed
14. Collecting feedback from employees and reporting to HR managers
15. Assisting in performance reviews and surveys
16. Assisting in planning virtual training sessions or skill development workshops
17. Coordinating with trainers and ensuring smooth execution
