Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions
3. Help maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in our HR systems
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
5. Participate in employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, events, and recognition programs
6. Assist in performance management activities, including tracking goals and providing feedback
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and gain exposure to different HR functions
