As an 'HR intern' at Krishna Hybrid Seeds, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manpower planning, effective communication, and MS-Excel skills. You will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions and initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in manpower planning by analyzing workforce trends and forecasting future needs.
2. Supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
3. Assisting in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
4. Helping to organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
5. Assisting in performance management activities, including conducting employee evaluations.
6. Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
7. Supporting HR projects and initiatives as needed.
