1. Work with the founders to hire and screen candidates
2. Onboard new employees
3. Design & execute recruitment strategies and employee engagement strategies
4. Source & screen candidates and identify and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels
5. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
