Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Onboarding involves quickly, effectively, and comprehensively getting new hires adjusted to their jobs.
2. Perform high-quality recruitment, schedule appointments, create daily activity logs in Excel, etc.
3. Create a competitive sales compensation plan.
4. Coordinate interviews, hiring efforts, and the onboarding of new employees.
