1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training programs.
3. Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or employee engagement activities.
5. Collaborate with team members to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
6. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and setting goals with employees.
7. Contribute to the overall success of the HR department by taking on additional tasks and projects as needed.
