Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
2. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
4. Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
5. Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
6. Handle HR-related queries and assist in resolving employee concerns.
7. Draft and update job descriptions, HR policies, and other official documents.
8. Research industry trends and best HR practices.
9. Assist in performance tracking and feedback collection.
10. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
