Job description:
1. Assist in the maintenance of HR databases and spreadsheets using advanced Excel skills.
2. Use Excel to analyze HR data and create reports to support HR initiatives
3. Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
4. Ensure screening, hiring, and selection is done as per the company policies.
5. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
6. Screen resumes and application forms.
7. Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
8. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
