Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruiting city heads across various locations within your state
2. Sourcing potential city head candidates through job portals, social media, and local networks
3. Screening candidates and forwarding qualified ones to the HR team
4. Recruiting college ambassadors from universities and colleges in your state
5. Using social media, job portals, and college networks to connect with potential candidates for ambassador roles
6. Screening college ambassadors and forwarding qualified candidates to the HR team
7. Supporting recruitment for sales and marketing roles in your state
8. Sourcing candidates for sales and marketing positions via job portals, social media, and local networks
9. Screening sales and marketing candidates and forwarding shortlisted ones to the HR team
10. Supporting the HR team with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment records
11. Assisting with onboarding newly recruited candidates to ensure a seamless transition
12. Ensuring all recruitment-related documents are accurate and up-to-date
