Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Leading the team of students, interns, and volunteers to ensure their learning, growth, and positive experience with the NGO.
2. Helping set up systems, processes, and human resource policies for the NGO.
3. Hiring the right people (volunteers, students, and interns).
4. Focusing on performance assessment, performance tracking, and delegating work.
5. Handling employee engagement, happiness, growth, performance tracking, weekly task tracking, training and development, and educational progress monitoring.
6. Being instrumental in building connections, networking, and conducting events for community and society development.
