Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Use AI-powered tools for recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
2. Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to finalize selections.
3. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
4. Manage recruitment campaigns and enhance employer branding initiatives.
5. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to attract top talent.
6. Manage the company's social media presence and update the careers page.
7. Create content marketing materials such as blog posts and newsletters.
8. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
9. Collect and analyze HR metrics, such as employee turnover and recruitment performance.
10. Develop dashboards and reports to present data insights to senior management.
11. Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 15000 per leads generated).

2. Certification in HR or digital marketing (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, Google Analytics).
3. Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
