Key Responsibilities:
-Profile Shortlisting:
Source and review candidate profiles from various platforms based on job requirements.
Shortlist potential candidates for further screening.
-Initial Round of Screening:
Conduct the first round of telephonic or video interviews.
Assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
-Interview Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and the founder.
Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview schedules.
-Offer Letter Preparation:
Draft and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
Maintain accurate records of offer communications.
-Attendance Management:
Maintain daily attendance records of employees.
Report inconsistencies or anomalies to the HR team or founder.
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
