Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Play a key role in organizing and optimizing the content team structure to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
2. Source, recruit, and manage content writers from various platforms, including screening resumes and engaging in discussions to ensure the best fit for our needs.
3. Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with content writers around the world, demonstrating patience and empathy to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content.
4. Engage in regular and effective communication with writers, addressing their concerns, providing feedback, and facilitating a smooth workflow.
5. Collaborate closely with other team members to align content strategy and address any issues or opportunities that arise.

1. Passionate about human resources and eager to learn.
2. Background in MBA, BBA,or MSc in Psychology is preferred
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
5. Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
