About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates
2. Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels
3. Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
4. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
5. Providing support in employee engagement initiatives and events
6. Assisting in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews
7. Handling general HR administrative tasks and maintaining employee records accurately
