Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
-Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
-Prepare and send out communication to candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
-Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments.
-Maintain and update candidate tracking systems and databases.
-Support the recruitment team in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and outreach programs.
-Conduct market research on recruitment trends and best practices.
-Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and interview guides.
-Provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
