Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at SkillGenic Academy, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of HR while supporting our team with various initiatives. Your English proficiency in both spoken and written communication will be key in this role, as you will be assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.

1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team in conducting onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
3. Collaborate with HR managers to organize and coordinate training programs for employees.
4. Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
5. Assist with employee relations activities, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
7. Gain exposure to various HR functions, including performance management, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
