About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist client with the services provided in PMS, talent Mgmt and HRBP function
2. Sales, targeting clients and getting them onboard
3. Developing business for HRBP functions in India and for International markets
4. Learn & develop recruitment process for Sr./top management executives
5. Screen and profile candidates for aptitude, psychometric and other assessments
6. Generate interview/screening report in desired formats and present to team leader
7. Develop soft skills training programs and publish them online
8. Manage the social media channels/account for lead generation and engagement

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per sale).
