Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiters to join our team. The Recruiters will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.

Duration: 3 months
Positions available: 2
Job location: Remote / WFH
Stipend: Unpaid internship

Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.

On successful completion of the internship, the recruiter will receive a LOR and also may receive a PPO based on his/ her performance
