Roles and Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will:
Talent Acquisition:
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals and LinkedIn.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.
Employee Engagement:
Support in organizing team-building activities and engagement programs.
Assist in planning and executing employee onboarding processes.
HR Operations:
Help manage HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and employee records.
Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
Learning & Development:
Collaborate in designing and scheduling training sessions.
Gather feedback from employees to improve training programs.
HR Tech Implementation:
Learn and support the use of SPHINXHIRE AI's HR solutions for internal processes.
Provide feedback for improving our AI-driven recruitment tools.
