Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing communications
2. Helping with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and employees feel welcomed
3. Maintaining and updating employee databases and records, ensuring data accuracy
4. Supporting day-to-day HR activities like attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll assistance
5. Assisting in organizing events, activities, and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
6. Supporting the development and enforcement of company policies, ensuring compliance with HR regulations
7. Assisting with employee training programs by coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and collecting feedback
