Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Candidate screening: Conduct the first-round interviews for teachers sourced through social media outreach using Teachinghood's internal assessment model.
2. Teacher-school matching: Evaluate candidates to ensure the best alignment with schools based on skills, experience, and institutional cultural/professional requirements.
3. Interview feedback & documentation: Capture and maintain detailed records of interview feedback and candidate interactions as per standard work.
4. Communication management: Handle email correspondence with candidates and schools to facilitate smooth hiring and onboarding processes.
5. Candidate engagement: Build relationships with teacher applicants, guiding them through the hiring journey and addressing their concerns.
6. Problem-solving & support: Assist candidates with queries related to job opportunities, assessment results, and the hiring process.
7. Collaboration with schools: Coordinate with schools to understand their hiring needs and provide the best-matched candidates.
8. Process improvement: Identify areas to optimize the hiring workflow and suggest enhancements for making the current process more efficient.
9. Tech & AI adoption: Support the integration of digital tools and AI-driven solutions in recruitment and assessment processes.
10. Reporting & analysis: Maintain reports on hiring metrics, candidate performance, and feedback to improve recruitment outcomes.
