About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Draft and post job descriptions and create job offers
2. Develop and execute recruiting plans
3. Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
4. Handle administrative duties and record-keeping
5. Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
6. Conduct regular follow-ups to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
7. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
8. Maintain employee files and records in the electronic form
