Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

3. Learn quickly and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
4. Apply strong negotiation skills to close offers and secure candidates.
5. Use convincing skills to persuade potential candidates about job opportunities.
6. Communicate clearly and professionally, both on the phone and in writing.
7. Use Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook to manage tasks and maintain records.
8. Source profiles using various hiring tools and platforms.
9. Manage end-to-end operations of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
10. Use internet-based recruiting tools to find the best talent.
11. Handle employee relations issues and provide support as needed.
12. Maintain confidentiality in all recruitment and employee-related matters.
