About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assign tasks and monitor performance
2. Motivate and guide team members to achieve individual and collective goals
3. Conduct regular team meetings for updates and problem-solving
4. Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve KPIs
5. Align team goals with the overall objectives
6. Track performance metrics and ensure timely execution of tasks
7. Act as the bridge between team members and senior management
8. Ensure clear and timely communication of targets, deadlines, and expectations
9. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., sales, marketing, HR) for seamless operations
10. Identify and resolve team challenges proactively
11. Adapt strategies based on feedback and results
12. Maintain a positive work environment and ensure high team morale
13. Set clear KPIs for each team member
14. Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance and ensure targets are met
15. Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management
16. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and interns
17. Conduct orientation sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new team members
18. Maintain employee/intern records and documentation
