Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and the recruitment team.
2. Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems and databases.
3. Supporting the onboarding process by helping with new hire orientations, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
4. Assisting in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives like events, workshops, and training sessions.
5. Handling HR administrative tasks such as filing, creating reports, answering employee queries, and supporting HR policies and procedures.
