Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
2. Participate in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops
3. Support HR staff in managing employee benefits and payroll systems
4. Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
5. Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
6. Assist in conducting employee evaluations and performance reviews
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department
