About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating with higher authorities to identify staffing needs
2. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels, job fairs, and other networking opportunities
3. Conducting initial screening interviews and coordinating further assessments
4. Facilitating the hiring process from start to finish, including making offers and negotiating terms
5. Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires
6. Conducting orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture
7. Ensuring the smooth integration of new employees into their roles and teams
8. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
9. Managing HR databases and systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
10. Preparing reports and analyses on HR metrics and trends as required
11. Assisting in the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback
12. Working closely with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans
13. Recognizing and rewarding employee achievements and contributions
14. Supporting HR initiatives and projects as assigned by higher authorities
15. Handling employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
16. Upholding company policies and procedures in all HR-related activities
Important Note: In this work role, you can earn much more than the basic stipend, which is an honorarium provided to you, but based on your management skills and performance, you can earn as much as INR 1,00,000 or more.
