Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Recruit and onboard by screening resumes and coordinating interviews with candidates
2. Engage employees by gathering feedback through surveys or informal discussions to enhance workplace satisfaction
3. Ensure policy compliance by assisting in maintaining employee files and records for audit purposes
4. Coordinate training and development by supporting employee training sessions on legal and IPR updates
5. Monitor performance management by tracking performance appraisal processes and maintaining documentation
6. Manage administrative tasks by overseeing employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets
