Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive work culture.
3. Update and maintain accurate employee records and databases to ensure smooth HR operations.
4. Coordinate and assist in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

6. Attend HR meetings and take minutes to capture key discussions and actions.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department by handling day-to-day HR tasks.
